Choosing Your Bindings
The binding is one of the things that will make you feel comfortable when
you ride and jump from the wake. It’s really important to have bindings that
fit your foot size
There are two kinds of bindings "multi-fit" and "fit-size." The "multi-fit"
is usually for beginners and can be used by a few people or shared with others.
The "fit-size" usually only one rider can use it or a friend that has the
same foot size. This binding is the best for intermediate or advanced levels.
To adjust the bindings on your wakeboard is different from person to person.
The best way is to put the wakeboard on the ground and stand on it without
the bindings screwed down. Have your normal stance or the stance which you
feel most comfortable.
And don't exaggerate the distance between your feet; not too wide or too close.
Binding angles also depend on the rider. Always remember to make both bindings
the same angle. It is recommended to have the bindings facing forward and
slightly bent towards the outside of your stance. Remember to not exaggerate
the positions of your bindings to become too pigeon-toed
(toes pointing at 90' away from each other).
For example I ride with both feet facing forward without turning the bindings.
