Your style and how you like to ride is really important. Different shapes of boards are made to fit your style. Some wakeboarders like aggressive ways of riding, some like smooth rides while others; may like to turn harder or play with the board.

You should try different shapes of boards to know which shape is right for you. You can always try your friend’s board because you never know you may like it!

The Tip of the board is what you should look for and how many fins the board has; there are some wakeboarders who like to ride finless; so it depends on you. The fins make the board more stable and harder to switch (a beginner’s move) so if you are a beginner you might need fins.

Boards usually come in 3 - 4 sizes from the same brand. Picking the size of the board depends on your height and weight. Asking a salesman for assistance may be the best option. You can always ask us for assistance.
